Duck Races

You need: 

1. Plastic ducks 

2. Water 

3. One or two water sprays 

How to make it: 

1. Ask your child to choose a duck 

2. Place the duck in a tray with a little water 

3. Spray the duck from behind until it reaches the other side of the tray 

How it can be used to support learning: 

1. Developing hand-eye co-ordination  

2. Developing hand strength- squeeze and release 

3. Developing co-ordination and accuracy  

4. Maintaining a sustained grasp of an object 

5. Watching their hands when they do something
